Kayloma Candles offers you complete satisfaction with all of your purchases. If you are ever unhappy with any part of your order, simply Contact Me within 10 days of order receipt. If your package ever arrives with any part of it broken, please save all the packing materials and let us know right away. We want only satisfied customers and we would love for you to return to us! You pay shipping to have returned to Kayloma Candles, then Kayloma or yourself can go
through the USPS or UPS for your refund.

Our site ensures a secure shopping environment to protect against the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of your personal and payment information. We use 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology when your order is transmitted. This is the world's strongest, highly sophisticated method of scrambling data as it travels from your computer to our web site's servers, meaning that no one else can read it while being sent over the Internet. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, check to see that the web address of our final checkout begins with "https://". Our SSL Secure Payment will show up only when you are at the payment page giving credit information.
ORDERING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
Kayloma uses a secure shopping cart for your ordering convenience. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and you may call your order in 304-727-0770. We also have Pay Pal and you may use your credit cards with Pay Pal. The shopping cart automatically adds the proper shipping Options. If you are a local customer and would like to pick up your order, click pick up order, and still click the shipment option, this should bring 0 shipping. Please contact me if you have any questions. PRIVACY POLICY AND ABOUT COOKIES
Our customers' privacy is extremely important to us, and we will never sell, rent, or share your personal or shopping history information in any way. As you browse our site and submit an order, Kayloma Candles collects two types of information about you.
1.The first type, as you are browsing our web site, uses what is called a cookie. This is simply a marker that remembers who you are as you browse the site and place items in your shopping cart. Without cookies, you would not be able to add items to your cart and leave to view another page. This data is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. During checkout, Kayloma Customer's have the option to register an account on our web site if you would like to save your order history and personal information. Candle Burning Tips
Place your candle on a safe surface. Trim wick to 1/4" before each lighting to avoid smoking or blackening of container. If a mushroom forms on your wick, extinguish the candle and cut it off and relight the candle. The mushroom ball comes from excess scent. Never place lid on candle to put wick out, this will cause your candle to have smoke inside of candle jar. Discontinue use when 1/2" of wax remains to prevent heat damage. The best way to put your candle out is to dip the wick in the liquid with an object, like the end of a spoon, or fork. For a pillar, put your finger in front of the flame then blow so your fingertip diffuses the air.
We recommend that you only burn a Kayloma Candle for 2 hours each setting, as we do triple scent our candles.
This is a precaution.
Votives must be burned in a tight fitting holder, they will completely liquefy. Pillars must be burned on a safe surface to catch any leaking that may occur. Never burn a votive, pillar unless they are in a votive container, and the pillar is on a pillar container. Never leave a candle unattended. Never have a flame near curtains, flowers, etc.
